Our project manager Matthew and his Remedy Roofing crew just completed a stunning slate re-roof project in Houston, Texas.

Slate roofing tile is generally known as one of the highest quality roofing materials on the market. A slate roof system is not only a beautiful asset that will undoubtedly add value to any home but it is also a highly weather resistant and fireproof material. When installed and maintained correctly, slate shingles can easily outlast the fasteners that hold them in place. Hundred-year-old slate, in fact, is often recycled for re-installation, with the expectation it will last another century. Check out these before & after photos!
