Another roof alert in the Houston area! Our project manager Brian Knowlton and his team are installing a brand new GAF Timberline HDZ roofing system on this beautiful home in The Woodlands, Texas.
Even though the Timberline HDZ line has only recently been introduced by GAF, it is already one of the most popular roofing systems that we at Remedy Roofing install for our customers. Timberline HDZ features the new LayerLock Technology that powers the industry’s widest nailing zone and the first wind warranty with no maximum wind speed limitation. This results in even faster installation times and it gives peace of mind to our customers that their roof will protect them from the elements for a long time.
As you can see in these pictures, the crew has already carefully covered the pool area and other sensitive areas around the house to prevent damage from falling debris. After taking off the old roofing system, the crew will install a fully synthetic underlayment that will add vital protection to the roof system and prevent roof leaks and other water and moisture related issues.
